       what's up with instances where the public posts don't load? it's like people just wanna fuck with me for linking fedi posts outside of fedi. I grab the external link because IIRC local instance versions of posts get pruned periodically, but sometimes the external links go to a blank page and I don't realize it until the person I linked the post to complains they can't see it

       @bard it's a setting that the admin can enable if he doesn't want web crawlers to index the site
