       @RadLola total anecdata, but my experience in construction has been when men find out I'm not on board with the trans project they turn on a dime and let their disgust be known. The ones I've worked with are afraid of HR and the censoriousness of the "be kind" women bc they know they can get fired. I always tell them to protect their daughters and find out what the school is teaching them
