So we've returned back to this old instance (I will update the picture later on)LinuxRocks has been good to me over the past few years but sadly due to recent events it looks like it's a bit of a sinking ship with an uncertain future in the Fediverse and I'm certainly not going to drown alongside it.

@BrodieOnLinux I once again appreciate the migration feature of platforms, implementing it. You encountered issues with previous instance, enough to drive you away, landed on an instance completely separate, and resubscribing to your new account is a matter of just subscribing to it like with any other profile out there. Even more, since my instance support migrations, it took care of me automatically and resubscribed with no input required.I love this social network. Creators are reasonably free to choose whatever platform and server is most comfortable to them, and I donʼt need bajilion of random accounts to just follow them there.Profile pic caught me off guard though :Twitch_xdd:

@lunduke @BrodieOnLinux hmm that's a bit suspicious. I thought fediverse was supposed to promote inclusivity from people and places all over, but banning an entire instance whether it's just because of one person or a few, seems like it's creating segregation. Or have I got it all arse about face?
