Last night I was sleeping under 3 blankets because of the "cold" while it was over 33 degrees celcius 🥶 It seems like my body has a real issue controling the temperature at the moment. From one extreme to the other, it kinda drains the energy woah :battery_underflow:

In the past I've had jobs like installing solar panels on massive roofs (mostly over 10K+) and often I was in the sun all day without issueYesterday I've spend about 30 min in the shade but that was enough to gave me heat exhaustion

@stux @Fran Electrolytes. You need to replenish these after you've lost so much water through sweat. It leaves your body too, so my doctor told me to always have electrolytes nearby. Especially in the summer

@stux saw your other post and was puzzled , but this explains.Yeah, be careful out there in the sun - especially if you're sensitive to it(Luckily I can endure it pretty good - though prefer to stay in the shade nowadays)

@stux Also - if you're inside in A/C most of the time, the heat is worse. Outside in it day in day out, your body gets used to it. I know the heat kicks my ass when I get out of work (office job). But if I'm on vacation for a week, by the end of the week, it's not bothering me anywhere near as much.
