Fish’n’chip-shop burger is still the gold standard burger. You don’t need fancy bullshit like brioche buns or wagyu beef mince if you get the basics right.

@jpm @geordie the fuck is the point of wagyu mince? Wagyu is grown for its marbling, and the visual effect that has as a part of the eating experience. Once it's mince it might as well be retired dairy cow topside with extra fat added.
