Update: Power issues are half solved. Starting with the bad news, the hdd-usb cables I have may be either trying to draw more than available and failing, really weird results like half-finished fdisks, and there are a few chokepoints that might be causing this - my initial suspicion is the PoE+ router, which has already been the root cause of some VERY WEIRD ISSUES before. I have a few plans, split the entire cluster into 2 groups to divide the power draw across 2 different circuits. The good news then, the starlink connection is now correctly under UPS and I am in the process of racking new hardware in case I can't solve with the current setup.
