Some people will say that Marxism is irrelevant now because so much has changed since his time, and that is technically true, but nothing significant has changed that has made Marxism obsolete. There have only been superficial changes to the capitalist system. We have more diversity and representation in race, gender, and sexual orientation, and workers have more rights than they did in Marx's time, and those are good things, but they're nothing more than superficial aspects of capitalism.

Capitalism still remains the same. It doesn't matter that your boss is a woman or that the president is black because you, the worker, are still being exploited daily by the capitalist who keeps all of the wealth that you work to create and only allows you enough to survive, and sometimes even less.

Despite workers no longer being exploited as harshly as they were in the past, that ultimate form of exploitation where a small group of people keeps the wealth that the majority of people have created still exist, and will continue to exist as long as capitalism remains because that is the defining feature of capitalism. To remove that feature would require the removal of capitalism altogether, which is precisely the goal of the communists and socialists.

@Radical_EgoCom I agree one hundred percent. Capitalism is embedded in wars across the globe. It has accelerated technology before we have developed ways to manage it and at times places us at war with our constitution. Solutions lie in astutely managing these conditions with objective, communicative leadership. From the neighborhood to the boardroom, from the statehouse to the Congress, we would do well to learn more about the impact of capitalism. https://rosecoveredglasses.blogspot.com/2023/12/the-ultimate-form-of-planet.html

@Radical_EgoComWe agree on the issue of Capitalistic exploitation. But I cannot agree with your observations on a form of Marxism as a better approach to national governance. The U.S. Constitutional Republic and its related Bill of Rights is the world standard framework for individual liberty by virtue of over 200 years of survival, at times under extreme duress. Our leaders must manage technology world events and cultural change colliding with our constitution.
