Almost all that money was spent for "Biden for President" while he was still Officially in the running.The $91 million we've heard that was left, minus expenditures from the date of that fixing to his bowing out, is in issue with supposedly white line law pertaining to it, is being litigated (and donors could be asked to move it to the Harris campaign), but that's a small amount of the total that will be spent.It's unlikely any of those cases will have relevant decisions before the election; you'd need some sort of injunction to freeze the right amount. Given the Left's major campaign against the Federal judiciary I wonder if any or enough judges would buy into that and the personal risk they'd incur.On the other hand there's a zillion other reasons Kalama remains the least worst option for the party. Who could the possibly replace her with besides Big Mike (Michele Obama), who shows no signs of wanting the job?
