Switzerland or Russia for that matter are too small economically for their national currencies to be major things even before we consider the sanctions regime against the latter, the PRC refuses to do what's needed and is even less trustworthy, etc.(Note the petrodollar isn't even a thing anymore since at net the US is not importing oil.)
