       @netblocks Network connectivity availability doesn't seem a good measure of disruption given that this is mostly affecting Windows workstations/servers, not things like routers.

       @Infoseepage Indeed - this addresses some of the claims circulating that the outages are due to Internet infrastructure or backbone issues, which isn’t the case.
