@BrodieOnLinux I've personally never been able to use it as it gets in my way. Cosmic is better and makes gnome usable but you shouldn't have to use extensions to make a workable DE it should work out of the box.Until the new POP!_OS I'm sticking to cinnamon as it gets out of my way. Or I'll go back to i3 😂

@BrodieOnLinux Gnome Shill? Sorry but you just report on Linux news. Saying something positive about anything in Linux news is about normal. Including for Gnome.And I say that as a gnome user who uses gnome on the daily.

@BrodieOnLinux defo a situation of different stokes for different folks. I used to be in the camp of XFCE/LXDE or die, however since I began exploring other more modern/fancy options I have to say I was wrong. GNOME and KDE have their time and place. Also some people just like to rage over any opinion that differs from their own.
