       @loki@whinge.town Aesthetic value is more important than people think. I'm playing The Incredible Adventures Of Van Helsing: Final cut and part of why it keeps me invested is the Victorian/Steam-Punk/Hammer-Horror vibe! Things that may seem shallow on the surface often still had a lot of heart and thought put into them.Much of what I see from game design today just seems diluted and not as vibrant,daring,or "sharp" as it once was.
