Serious question: Anyone knows any plans to move the Internet Archives to something like the IPFS, or is it already (partially) on something like the IPFS? I 100% agree with those who are convinced the Internet Archive is treasure that must be preserved.

Well, lets be honest about a few things first:Implementation of the Internet Archives on WORM or immutable storage would be useful only for a subset of information - such as documenting the promises made by politicians in election seasons, or for medial records so the cause of death cannot be switched between COVID or trauma to the head, at will.Wikipedia shall be used only for stuff that is expected to change, and the valid suspicion that there will be deception and even subversion must be accepted as valid suspicion, and not labeled as conspiracy theory.So the "We need to provide access to tis and tat for the entire Human Race" is not going to be 100% good-will, it is going to be exploited to try and deceive the entire Human Race.Just look at the garbage that is coming out of the WEF, the WHO, and other organizations.

Could store all of the internet archive dataset on generically engineered potato DNA.Of course once we figure out what is in current potato DNA, we'll unlock the great library of the Ancient Irish Master Race.
