       It's the middle of summer and the country is coming to a halt. The last three weeks of July is the most popular time for general staff vacations here in Norway, but late June is also pretty dead, since no one starts anything big right before a long vacation.

       @alex0233 The atmosphere is most definitely more relaxed. I'm a bit limited in what I can spend on. I've been looking to volunteer, but nothing really starts up until summer is over. It's always this time of year that I feel energetic and keen to do stuff, and when everybody else wants to relax. In winter, people want to work, and I want to hibernate.
