       I am baking JBN's blueberry cake with the sour cream and the olive oil for my colleagues today. Instead of the cardamom she recommends, I blitzed two teabags of Earl Grey in the spice grinder. I think this should work nicely. Will report back!

       @geordie @engagedpractx vive la différance. should you find yourself in brunswick i recommend the cardamom bun at iris the baker. you may hate it, but then more for me.
