@mpesce @gnoll110 it's more enthusiastic than that. The US has laws against assisting the ICC in any investigation or prosecution of a US citizen, and reserves the right to secure by force any US citizen held by it.

@shermozle @mpesce @gnoll110 the US refused to be a party to the 1979 treaty that declared no nation owned the moon, and passed a law in 2015 allowing its citizens and industries to use the moon for any extractive purpose. There is /no/ exceptionalism like US exceptionalism.
