       @cy read the article - the tribe went this route to disentangle all the legal nonsense they’d have to undergo with all the private owners, which would have delayed land back for another thirty years probably.

       I hear you, I just think it's rotten. Honestly don't think everyone should lose their property just because it was stolen over a century ago, but I think people should lose their property if they have too much of it, and other people are living there, so my policy isn't exactly mainstream either.
