       Sweet Maple Iced Tea2 quarts maple sap6 tea bags1/4 cup maple syrupI cold steep the tea bags in the sap for a few hours, stir in the syrup after removing the bags, and stick in the fridge. Serve over ice with a slice of warm homemade bread and maple butter.
