       Bei mir ist der Alltag ein Kampf zwischen, Depressionen, sucht wie überlebe ich finanziell und gesundheitlich seit dem ich Bürgergeldempfängerin bin.Armut ist eine Spirale nach unten.Ich überlege ständig hin und her zwischen was kann ich mir heute Leisten, gesunde Ernährung? Soziale Teilhabe, Bildung, oder Selbstverwirklichung? Es ist ganz viel Scham dabei.
