I have been taking them since 97 for chronic insomnia. Drugs= sleep . No drugs = sleep deprivation and serious drop in quality of life. I don't like having to use my real name and the prices can suck, but I trust the quality control and testing more than I do any of the non medical places I see. Which would take like 2lbs of weed to make. Lol. And if you don't make the RSO on your own and you have to buy it, it can cost up to 100$ a gram. I'm going to get some sleep shortly, I should have already done so but besides the insomnia part I have this weird tendency of struggling against sleep even when I'm super tired. Speaking of which, my husband has terrible neuropathy from chemo and nothing helps. I had read about a couple of clinical trials for neuropathy and the antibiotic minocycline. I only ordered a two month supply as I couldn't find much info about long term use. It definitely made a difference for him, now that he hasn't had it for a week. In the meantime I found this article about longer term use of it. This is a screenshot of the PDF I saved, so look for that title, if interested. They are suggesting it helps with many nerve related problems, even things like Parkinsons.
