I have seen a few people ask, "what will happen with the Rwanda money if Labour reverse that policy?"There is nothing to suggest that Labour WILL reverse that policy. Firstly, this is a policy that Labour investigated under Tony Blair, where it actively contacted Tanzania about off-shore processing. Tanzania was not the only country being considered.Secondly, while the Labour position is vague, nothing suggests a reversal. If anything, a ramping-up seems likely.

I am not sure what part of multi-agency task-force, including MI5, the hiring of additional investigators, the implicit aim to take the prevention of immigration (and potentially asylum) entirely outside the norms of the UK judiciary, as that is what an exogenous agency 'could' be, and increasing the scale of the Returns and Enforcement unit is suggestive of "reversal".This is potentially an even more restrictive and punitive policy, dressed up as a prevention of people smuggling.

I mean, check any of the Labour Home Secretaries to see a litany of cunts.
