       I know a few .mil trainers.They are ordered to not criticize the POCs.Don't correct them, don't help them.  Do ONE briefing, move to the range, ensure no one gets hurt, and mark them "PASS."All of the serious 11* guys I know shoot on their own time and use the civilian trainers on their own dime.

       @TrevorGoodchild Front hand, back hand, head/eye position/cheekweld, nose to the charging handle for two points of contact. This gives a repeatable eye position in the center of the reticle for consistent precise groupings. Stock is a hinge point - fully braced, no free float. Once you find your brace hinge point, keep it. See the target, pinpoint the place of impact, ready up/hinge gun/reticle to the head/eye, not head to gun. Slow really is smooth, which really is faster. Target focus shifts to hard reticle/dot focus superimposed on the place chosen for impact. Your eye can only focus on one thing at a time. Break the shot when nose touches charging handle with a smooth, light trigger press.
