       @aral @pluralistic What if Wilhoit’s definition of conservatism applies to international law?“There are in-countries that international law protects, but does not bind, alongside out-countries that international law binds, but does not protect.”If that was the case, in-countries would absolutely only apply international law when convenient for them.
