       @wjmaggos I'm guessing some of it's a product of the "only Democrats have agency" mindset. Trump and Republicans are just a force of nature. It's Democrat's fault for choosing not to stop them (or something?)

       @wjmaggos When Bork died in 2012, Obama would have replaced him, by Biden's actions denying Bork the seat and letting Kennedy take it, we get Kavenaugh when Kennedy retires.Biden failed in his attempt to defeat Thomas, which is another vote.Biden's failures on the  Senate Committee on the Judiciary are arguably just as important as Trump's appointments in leading to Roe's overturn.

       @errhead I guess but with Biden being around forever, aren't any failures balanced by his victories getting other justices approved?
