       When my current boss hired me they decided to increase my wage by 7.5% under the interview because of my previous workplace. Today i had wage negotiation for 2024 got an additional increase by 5.5%. Pics related was me when my boss told me im undervalued and praised my work. Every department boss told him how i work and he was worried that i would leave if they didnt increase my wage.
