This is called Internet addiction. We joke about it, but you're literally neglecting your social life in favour of staring at a glowing rectangle. You should never do that. Screens are not a good substitute for life.

@thor Yeah! To me it's more like procrastinating on arranging a meetup because you have to contend with you being on the bottom of the priority stack and ending up going on another 3 hour walk alone around the park on a Saturday night.
