Remember last month when I chickened out the morning of my thyroid biopsy & rescheduled it?It was rescheduled for tomorrow, May 10. Will I go?I guess we all shall see. 😣

@BootsChantilly Go. Catching things as early as possible makes a difference in outcomes. Not doing it doesn't make a problem not a problem and if it turns out to be a problem, it makes it worse. Take care, sounds scary. If it's nothing, you can stop worrying, though.

@CStamp I’m not very worried about a diagnosis—I just REALLY hate needles. I’m also really weird about having my throat touched—I can’t even wear turtlenecks. So, ugh ugh ugh.But I srsly appreciate the good vibes—thank you!

@BootsChantilly Empathy. I, also, have a deep fear of the needles. When I got a crown, it was done without anesthesia. Good, confident dentist, good breathing, though I was reconsidering my choice in the last minute. :)Having 2 fears being challenged at once ups the ante. My very best. Maybe have a nice wine waiting at home to reward yourself. :)

@feromoon Fingers crossed! But I don't think it's cancer--& he & I talked for 30+ min after my procedure (mostly about the research he's been doing, but also about my nodules), & he said I shouldn't worry. So I'm not going to! 😉
