       @ActionRetro I've got four retired 2010 Mac Minis (that were servers in a previous life), as well as a load of spare SATA SSDs. New DDR3 is cheap and plentiful. Now that you've done all that, you've got me thinking of what else I could do with a stack of four fully-upgraded mid-2010s... 🤔

       @ActionRetro the part where you say *extremely old* technology is a bit much. It's older/ aging tech but it's not *extremely* old, which I would think of the printing press or ENIAC machine.

       @ActionRetro I already have the soundtracks to Red Eclipse, Alien Arena and World of Padman up already, and I'm currently working on uploading Nexuis Classic, Xonotic, Warsow and OpenArena too.It seems that everybody and their grandma got up to develop their own arena shooters after the Quake 3 source code release!All of those are based on the Quake engine (either 1, 2 or 3) with the exception of Sauerbraten, and by extension Red Eclipse, funnily enough.
