This isn't even about "gooning", the character on the left doesn't look appealing at all. Compared to how Greeks depict Hestia in statues and such it's clear to see how this game made her look so ugly. Not to mention, gods and goddesses tend to be portrayed with peak human appearance.

@ChristiJunior @Echigo I could see that and all the pieces were there but going from "I have no clue what hit me there" to "wave goodbye to 35 minutes" is a very annoying process to undergo and Hades did that to me too many times for me to appreciate.I cannot be down on the writing TOO much as making asshole dad and rebellious son both extremely likeable at the same time is quite a writing feat but the stench of enemy action is all over the art and some of the ancilliary edges. As these things go, I would have bet thousands that Hades 2 would double down on the enemy action parts.

The artist is good but like every woman she'll do everything for social credit points and ignore Truth and Beauty.They're located in San Francisco so bankruptcy is inevitable.
