Hello fediverse! So far we've federated 450 #Flipboard accounts which have now received more than 100,000 likes, boosts, replies and follows from people in the #fediverse. @mike @addressing-climate-change-locally-cariecoleman @mpesce what is this X popup which appears when I select one of the fediverse handles? I would assume you would instead link the handle to a federated account?

@franksting @addressing-climate-change-locally-cariecoleman @mpesce I think that's just how Medium works when you select text. You can highlight it or tweet it. Medium was originally built on Twitter but now of course times have changed. Wouldn't be surprised to see this feature change as well at some point.
