UPDATE: my former employer has contacted the NLRB investigator to inquire about a "non-board settlement." I am drafting my demands.

So #IWW friends, if you were putting together a settlement proposal for an employer who illegally fired you, what would you demand?

@WNC_Wobbly What would I demand as a settlement proposal from a boss who illegally fired me?What I really want: Their head, and for the means of production of my former workplace to be collectivized by the workers. What I could realistically get: Reinstatement with fair compensation for lost wages.

@Radical_EgoCom I can absolutely open with demanding the resignation of the CEO and implementing a co-op model. It's a nonprofit so no one actually owns it, so Democratic process is the closest they can get to worker ownership.
