       Question about your hatch chili and Chipotle chili salts are they very spicy and are they good for all sorts of meats or there's a specific meat that they're best on

       Hatch and Chipotle are very mild… chipotle is a fully ripe, smoked jalapeño - heat is around 5,000 SHU. Hatch (in this instance the New Mexico Big Jim chile) is 1/3-1/2 that level with red being hotter than green. Hot salts are universal and can be used in ANY dish or just as a condiment on the table.

       I have all of his hot salts, rubs, and sauces.  I like the very hot (reaper and ghost salts, hurt me sauce, etc) but the best balanced hot salt IMO is the Thai chili hot salt.   Depth of flavor and good heat, great on anything. Also, grab a jar of the hot dust and put it on popcorn. amazing!You will love his stuff.
