@foone i’m sure if you ask the Sauron chatbot it will know a lot about Sauron. A friend asked a Claude instance (DDGo’s chatbot) about M3GAN the evil AI movie character and it suggested the makers of Claude probably made M3GAN since they make AIs.

@foone I worked in medical records years ago and ambient medical documentation is a reasonable, though ambitious goal.The idea is that doctors and nurses are busy and wouldn't it be nice if their work was self-documenting? Like they do a thing and it's automatically recorded in a useful form. A recording isn't useful, you want a summary.Similarly you want the record to also be available as part of the environment. Ask a question and the computer answers, or have it interject when appropriate

@foone That said, even though I'm broadly pro-AI, it's laughable that they think we're anywhere close to this with current technology.It's akin to a company offering AI-powered moon flights. Yeah right.It's a terribly demanding domain even when you have the resources to carefully engineer it out, let alone slapping some LLMs together and praying it works instead of blowing up on the launch pad.
