       My nose is running and draining so I'm coughing and I'm starting to get hot.OH SHIT!Ok, look. This is true right now. And I hope to god it's my allergies but it's a little late for those.        It's called "DO THIS FIRST!"Take {a} & {b} every 15 min for the first hour. Then every 3 hours after that.Mix {c} with hot water and {d} and {e} juice. Drink every 4 hours.Spray {f} in throat every 2 hours.Gargle with {g} 3 times a dayETC.If I'm not feeling like I'm drying, I'll set up alarms for everything so later if I do feel like I'm dying...I DON'T HAVE TO THINK!Having had #Covid twice (2020 & 2022), I can't emphasize this part enough.Prepare for battle.#H5N1 #Flu #RSV
