@prinsje i dont rlly know but maybe look into bottles ? it lets you run separate wine configs for different programs and , it has a lot of them already available by the community ! idk if that helps

@prinsje Some time ago i tried it on WINE. Even though the program was starting, iirc the tablet support was completely junk.I will try it once again just in case things have improved and let you know.

@prinsje So what i gathered is: Latest 3.0x takes humongous amount of time to start (reported by others on winhq too) so don't bother. Last CSP 2.x with latest wine 9.7 seems to install and runs almost great. It doesn't need any extra library, except that it crashes when painter starts. That was fixed by simply changing Windows version to 8.1.

@prinsje The bad news is that tablet pen pressure doesn't seems to work. On this tablet i'm using the OpenTabletDriver which is userspace and might be something going on with that.

@prinsje Well, while at first it didn't work with the xp-pen driver, after few tries it changed its mind. Not sure what happened or i did something, but pen pressure seems to work.

@prinsje The easiest way is, as others, suggested to use Bottles.1) Install a fresh runner (i used kron4ek-wine-9.7-staging)2) Create a new bottle (custom, select the runner above)3) Open the new bottle4) In the settings, change windows version to "Windows 8.1".Also enable Synchronization to Esync5) Start the CSP setup (run executable). If it asks to install wine-gecko, say yes.

@prinsje This should lead to a functional installation, at least for the trial version. All i have to do then is enable "Use mouse mode" in Clip's tablet settings.
