You could attribute her win to her beautiful, country girl form and being a shinging light in a dark and edgy series. We shall see if this light can shine brighter than Frieren's mana.      "We have the first and only true side character in the tournament, a girl that is not the main character like Frieren, not a secondary that is involved with MC's antics like Priestess or High Elf Archer in the same series, nor a part of an ensemble cast like Monster Musume or K-On! Some side characters and extras can impart such impact on people that, while not important to the plot, they are nonetheless remembered fondly, sometimes more so than more important characters.   Ushikai Musume, literally Cow Girl, acts as Goblin Slayer's anchor in the series, preventing from fully wondering the world as an utter loner killing any goblin he sees.
