       Sometimes, after unsuccessfully trying over and over to understand a particularly difficult concept, the only logical conclusion is not that you're too dumb to get it, but rather that the person trying to explain the concept doesn't get it either.Apropos of nothing, I'm reading yet another article on how quantum will change computing as we know it.

       @SirBemrose I forgot who said it, (maybe Feynman?) but the gist was: If you can't explain it to a 5th grader you don't truly understand it yourself.You just need to find someone that can simplify it properly.

       @SirBemrose my wife is a teacher and it's cool to hear her explain a concept to them, and have them not understand.  She then starts asking them pointed questions and in real time they work through it themselves
