Ye, but I still recommend getting a checkup, seeing what the doctor gives you, if it's mostly OTC medicine. You can probably not take them and be fine. Thought it may take you a while to recover. I also recommend a balanced diet! It's always a major factor for your immune system.

We haven't gotten a flu vaccine in probably 12-13 years. Wife and I still do occasionally get sick from years of childhood vaccines and antibiotics, but were noticably less sick than our peers and the kids are like machines in comparison to everyone.

Nyet. Think of them stacked in the same order, but the Base is on top and the pyramid is resting on its point. Sugar is what I get least of. I limit carbs to 20-50g a day and live on a fat to protein ratio of 3 to 1.
