       @entreprecariat Maybe it is too late, but I think there is nothing about avoiding all-male-panels. It is still happening, at least in France. It is part of the most important points to me.

       @raphael yeah that would have been a good addition. Here, I tried to stay within the care towards the individual, because if we start to talk about it broadly politically it's another can of worms :)
