@nsf001 The evil part of modern lending is the fractional reserve nature of it.Creating money through the lending process that benefits the first users of at the expense of the last users of.Given a solid money system there is still a justification for interest.Risk, opportunity cost and time preference.Why would anyone lend anyone else money, and risk losing it in the process, for free?They are taking $ from the now and trading it for $ in the future.
