       I’ve hesitated saying this on social media but I think it’s important I share this. I create music because it’s the one true legacy I can leave behind. It is a talent I will continue to nurture and cultivate. It drastically improves my mental health and quality of life.

       @bacondude why would you be reluctant to share this?  I think it's fantastic!  Everyone should have a skill that they work on consistently, that is also challenging.  For me, it's Brazillian Ju Jitsu.
