       My psychiatrist got mad at me yesterday and told me, worried, that i will die if i don't do something now.  He have been keeping me alive for more than 10 years now. It was shocking to see him angry and so visible sad... I got so used to the worse feelings possible all the time that i forget how hard can be to others to hear me talk. This is my first day with new antidepressants and sleeping medication.  I shaved and showered myself and cleaned the room after so many time.Wish me strength.
