       I mean, we should definitely recognize that this for what it is: pandering to octogenarian legislators to escape legislative constraint, not to do anything that materially protects any human from software they've deployed that they don't understand.Asimov proposed the three laws of robotics five years before the transistor was invented, and as I'm sure you're aware nothing about industrial safety or process control has been learned or changed since then.
