What is "the job of leadership"? Where would we be led? What if I don't want to go there?Tell ya what: I'm going to lead myself, rather than outsourcing my will to another human being. I stopped being a child long ago and no longer need a Daddy who can overrule my decisions for myself. 👍

Employees, whether elected or appointed by those who are elected. Employees. Either they do the job they are paid to do or they are removed. The removal process can be cumbersome but not insurmountable.
