       @RandomDaemon WOW!  Looks great!  By the way, what was your broth/sauce?  I usually use chicken broth and add herbs.  Is that what you did?

       @Faelyn No. Used some Orrington Farms Beef base and water. The only thing I put on top was some Himalayan sea salt. The roast is from a local butcher that has incredible quality meats at great prices. It makes a very big difference.
