       I think I had 3 different daily meetings at my last big corp job, and managers got big sad when you skipped out on them to go do actual work.

       @RustyCrab shitty. My issue is that it takes me extra time to spin down and back up again before and after each meeting. So like if there's an hour between meetings I don't even bother trying to get my head back in the game in that hour. So I feel your pain but I stopped caring, if they'd fire me I'd accept it

       @RustyCrab welcome to the death throes, meetings are to coordinate why nothing is getting done and to provide a casual way to harass people into getting things done, but it sounds like they fired everyone who was in charge of getting things done instead of the harassers, and the ratio will stay fucked up until they tire out
