       @MonotoneofBill 50%/50% isopropyl alcohol and distilled white vinegar.Put a few drops in and seal it off with cotton.It'll probably burn for a bit because soap and water has turned your ear pH basic and your ear canal should be slightly acidic.Repeat as necessary.
