@Inginsub i dont think hardware vendors would map anything to 0 because some haywire driver or something else in ring 0 could accidentally dereference or write to 0 which could definitely happen. iirc memsetting to 1024 does nothing but 10240 crashed the vm(might be bigger, and not sure what the upper limit on real hardware would be, maybe you can test it out)
