@KillerMule Damn. I've never changed a transmission. Looks small and I don't see a torque converter, so I'm guessing it's a manual? What's it from? What's going back in?

@dytha Yeah the lift and re-engagement will be rough with my arrangement. Oh well, country boy can survive.

@KillerMule @dytha as you’ll soon find out, holding a transmission in with one hand while you screw in the first bolt is going to be real fun.

@KillerMule Even though I can, and know how, and have the tools for it, and have done it quite a few times in the past…I am a big proponent of letting the people who do this daily, handle the job. My current car requires too many things be removed before I can get to the clutch.Cheers! Hope it goes smoothly!

@Bunnyslope Yeah I hear you on that. Next up when this is done is a timing belt on a 2006 Honda Pilot.

@KillerMule Now above ground work, I’ll do. In the midst of refreshing all of the coolant system on my ‘01 M3 (including belts) with all new parts and installing an electric fan. Had to remove the front bumper and frame. Fun! /s

@Bunnyslope Oh yay rah! The types of things these car engineers do and impossible places they place even simple things boggles the mind, then we add 'emissions' systems in the way. Ugh.

@Bunnyslope The worst, I am so glad I dont have one to work on. My brother used to. Nice cars, but wayyyy engineered.
