Hope you're feeling better! They should have at least supplied you with steroids and antibiotics but full care regardless. Social Media caused the hysterics and it spiralled out of control, even so called "influencers" were handed checks, absolute bigger sellouts than the media, do you know that a corona virus causes a common cold. I have never been suspended from any site since the 1990's until 2019 and 2020, one suspension was a 24hr thing and I deleted the 10+ year account that had no previous strikes. There's a clear pattern. The other social media site took a year to restore my account, it was over a joke, but they are known for doing that (they use any excuse). I'm not political at all and noticed that all logic left the building. I didn't wear a mask once either, I wasn't locked down and I certainly didn't take part in any mass vaccination programs. It really did show the world how far the incompetent, corrupt and the stupid would take things. I'm shocked that some diehards are trying to keep it going, it must have been good times for those people! And also financially rewarding to go along with the nonsense. You are correct!

I hate how society can’t just live and let live. Let people use masks or not and decide whether they want dangerously experimental treatments or not. Herbal Tea is great for this. i suggest a strong Chai Tea. Sometimes just breathing in the steam from a cup is good. Another remedy is a hot toddy: 1-part whiskey/1 part lemon juice and one part water. Shake it up and drink it. The size of the dose is up to you. 99% chance it's influenza type A- Mucinex, nasal spray or antihistamines and a lot of water are about all you can do- NSAIDs like Tylenol or Ibuprofen can reduce fever and ease some discomfort, but they draw recovery time out. 4-8 days, and you'll be recovered.As for the masks, I've refused to wear one anywhere for any reason except a gaiter for normal seasonal allergies since 2021- for the first year, I played along in hospitals, but that got old quick when we all knew they didn't even work.

Honestly, weed treats it fine as well- but I sort of feel like too many dopes who just like getting stoned for recreation use the health benefits (and there are several) as excuses to spam the fuck out of everyone about it, and many people refuse to even try it. I already have to smoke it so I don't starve from the nausea caused by liver failure (before I started using it, I was on an Ensure only liquid diet for over six months and got so sickly and thin that my heart had trouble with arrhythmia and I kept getting cavities in my teeth from the stomach acid when I'd puke, so other uses are just kind of things I note along the way. (And, I'm never quitting, so no one had better suggest that- I already tried literally every other anti-emetic first, and not even the shit for chemotherapy patients worked.)

Don't know what state your in, but you may want to consider writing a complaint to the state's Medical & Nursing Boards. There is a ton of published literature on masking between 1980-2019 that substantiates those surgical masks are useless in viral illnesses. All peer-reviewed.
